High-quality and Low-complexity Polar-coded Radio-wave Encrypted Modulation utilizing Multipurpose Frozen Bits

In recent years, physical layer security (PLS), which utilizes the inherent randomness of wireless signals to perform encryption at layer, has attracted attention. We propose chaos modulation as a PLS technique. addition, method for using special encoder polar codes been proposed (PLS-polar), in can be easily achieved by encrypting frozen bits code. Previously, we chaos-modulated code transmission that achieve high-quality and improved-security bit codes. However, principle, requires maximum likelihood sequence estimation (MLSE) demodulation, large number candidates MLSE causes characteristic degradation low signal-to-noise ratio region transmission. To address this problem, study, versatile codes, are also used reduce demodulation. The numerical results show shows performance improvement 1.7 dB block error rate 10-3 with length 512 0.25 compared conventional methods. complexity demodulation reduced 1/16 without degrading computational security. Furthermore, clarified effective when were varied.
